REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

At SOLITARY BY CHOICE quality fabric and quality craftmanship is what we strive for in all our products. All products are made to order which allows for more attention to detail and precision.

SOLITARY BY CHOICE is a Custom Streetwear brand, 90% of items are made to fit you using the measurements provided by yourself; all custom-made items are non-refundable.

For any items that are not custom made you can recieve a full refund if the item doesn't fit or you simply changed your mind, provided the items are returned within 7 days in the original condition.

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

As Solitary by Choice is made in house, we take images of all items sent out to ensure we deliver and uphold quality.

In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged or faulty please email us at info@solitarybychoice.com specifying the following:

1.The original email/name you used when purchasing the item & your order number.

2. The name of the item (promoted on the website)

3. The size of the item you ordered, and a detailed description of the “fault” or “damage” to the item

4. The item you would like it to be exchanged for (please note you can only exchange it to items of the same value of above)

You must contact us within 7 days (for UK customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from the original shipping date, to be eligible for an exchange

We will then provide you with an address to return your item to.

Please note that SOLITARY BY CHOICE does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please use 1st classed tracked postage and provide us with the tracking information once shipped. This is to ensure items are returned to us safely. SOLITARY BY CHOICE does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

The return must get to us within 7 days (UK) & 14 days (Rest of the world ) from the date you have contacted us about your return.

We will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging. SOLITARY BY CHOICE will review the item and check these requirements have been adhered to and review the reported fault or damage. SOLITARY BY CHOICE reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated. If the item is damaged/faulty and returned in its original condition, we will exchange the item and ship this out to you.

If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note to be used within 6 months of your original purchase. 

Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure that you prolong the life of your item.
